I booked Alokik Sharanam Zinc Journey by The Fern, Mahabaleshwar for my elderly parents for a 5‑day trip, and I’m really happy with how everything turned out. They genuinely enjoyed their stay and felt comfortable throughout. The location is peaceful and pleasant, which made it perfect for them to relax. I had booked both lunch and dinner in advance so they wouldn’t have to step out every day, and that worked out really well. The food was good, and the convenience made their stay even smoother. Overall, the hotel gave them a safe, relaxing, and enjoyable experience. I’m grateful to the staff for taking good care of them. Definitely a place I’d recommend for anyone planning a comfortable stay for their family

“Very Disappointed, Left A Day Early”

I recently had the misfortune of staying at a hotel that seemed to be a jumbled mess of ideas. The room was compact, but the furnishings were pleasant, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. However, the hotel's lack of coherence and attention to detail was a major letdown. The location was a small plot in the middle of nowhere, and the nearest restaurant was a 30-minute drive away.

“Waste of money and time”
