While my stay at this hotel was clean and suitable for a short overnight stay, I found the check-in process to be quite complicated. I had to go to a different floor to collect my room keys and pay, which was a bit of a hassle. I would suggest that the hotel provide clearer instructions to avoid any confusion for future guests.
