The balcony view was nice, but otherwise nothing was worth it; the linen was dirty, the water in the bathroom didn’t drain, and the AC didn’t cool. When we asked for in‑room dining, the staff refused, yet we clearly saw the next room being served dinner and drinks. The food and drink prices at the restaurant were unnecessarily high. Terrible experience.
