“goed doorreis hotel, met uitgebreid ontbijt”
Wij hadden een zeer late check-in en hebben gebruik gemaakt van een sleutelkastje. De omschrijving omtrent deze service was goed. De bedden liggen lekker. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid. Het hotel ligt direct naast een spoorlijn, waar ook na 00.00 uur met grote regelmatig treinen over rijden. Door het geluid niet met een openraam kunnen slapen, waardoor te kamer te warm en benauwd was ( wij hadden een kamer op de bovenste verdieping.)
Nice bed and a short distance to the airport. At night we could grab coffee to go. The wooden floors made it very noisy, and a train would pass by so loudly that we could feel it even while lying in bed.
The staff were friendly and the location was great, but the bed on one side of the room was against the wall, which was a bit inconvenient.

Nothing special. The beds were fine, but otherwise almost no one was around. On the first evening we were the only guests in the hotel; no one else was there. We had to search for our room in the building, and there was no hair dryer in the room even though the description said there should be one. We couldn’t ask questions because nobody was present. Luckily one of the unoccupied rooms was open and we could “borrow” it. The next morning we looked for the booked breakfast and found only one staff member, who was apparently on a laptop phone call. His brief reply: “The colleague in charge of breakfast is ill. There is none today.” When we asked where we could eat breakfast nearby, he said, “I don’t know either, and I don’t have time.” We ended up finding a bakery nearby via Google. At noon the reception was occupied. When we asked how the prepaid breakfast would be handled, they said they would take care of it. On the second day there were two other guests in the hotel and breakfast was served. When we checked out we asked again about the refund for the paid breakfast; they said they had no idea but would forward it. The hotel later contacted us. In short, the complaint was ineffective. The hotel simply arrogantly claimed it was already settled. Eventually we received a voucher for the amount, for which we thank them. The hotel might have been good once, but it’s clearly old and it’s obvious that no money is allocated for urgent repairs and good service. We will definitely not book this hotel again.
