I never stayed here again because the room they gave me at arrival had nothing to do with the one shown on Booking. When I pointed it out, they blamed Booking for a mistake and said they couldn’t do anything. I had to handle the reservation with a card number so that they could charge me if I cancelled, so I asked them nicely to cancel it themselves, but they wouldn’t. I contacted Booking, explained the issue, and after their representatives spoke with the hotel staff, the booking was cancelled by the hotel without any charge to me—aside from the fact that I was given a different room than the one I had booked. That room smelled extremely bad, like intense sweat, and you couldn’t sleep in that odor.
