The staff were very helpful, and the view from the observation room of the illuminated Heijo-kyo was beautiful. No complaints.

The location was great, so I walked to Heijo Palace in the morning. The bed-making was lacking.

I had time before dinner, so I drove out but got caught in traffic and couldn't return in time, so I called the hotel to change my arrival time, and they gladly accommodated me. The meal was tasty and leisurely.
