The beds were not very comfortable, but everything else was fine.

Good location, though the property sits on a fairly busy street. Rooms were clean, the bed comfortable, and plenty of linens and pillows were available. The kitchen was well equipped. The biggest drawback was the lack of working heating; instead, a noisy fan with no temperature control was provided. At night it was especially bothersome—heat rose quickly and the noise disrupted sleep. When turned off, the temperature dropped so low that it was cold in the morning and we shivered in bed. The owner said the stove wasn’t yet operational. Additionally, throughout our stay the dishwasher stayed full of dishes from previous guests, so we had to wash everything by hand.

Large parking lot, good accessibility, fair price-to-quality ratio, equipped kitchen, spacious living area and kitchenette. Nothing dramatic; only a few colleagues complained about narrow beds, especially for couples.
