I liked the fitness room and the friendly staff, but there was a slight musty smell in the room.

The staff were nice and the location is perfect, the building exterior looked good and the lobby was impressive. However the carpet in the room was dirty in several spots, not just one; I called reception and they responded positively to my request to move. They offered me two rooms, neither had a clean carpet, so I chose the least dirty one. I then discovered the electrical sockets on the table were not working, and when I asked for scissors they said they didn’t have any—hard to imagine a hotel without scissors. At checkout no one asked how my stay was; it was just a quick exit. Overall I didn’t have a positive impression; the hotel is well‑located with impressive outer facilities, lobby, and restaurants, but the room was a different story.

Everything was neat and explained; thanks to the staff for their care, and when I told them I was getting married they upgraded my stay and arranged a special room for me. 🙏🏻
