The TV was broken, the bed was ridiculously small, the power cut out, and no room service or housekeeping came to clean the room while we were there; overall the room quality was disappointing.

The bed was comfortable and the room layout was nice, but the wall outlet was so stiff it broke my only charger, the bathtub was terrible, and the counters were filthy; otherwise it was a decent stay.

The location and the size of the room were good, but there were roaches and no staff were available to address complaints or refund my money.

I didn’t like that the hotel was disorganized, I was double‑charged and still waiting for a refund, I booked a room and when I checked in I found someone else in my room, they claimed no rooms were available and I was still charged twice—ridiculous.

There was no breakfast on the property, and all the smokers on the first floor let cigarette smoke seep in through the air conditioner.
