The hotel is good, mainly because it’s clean and quiet. The location is excellent and the staff are polite.

The receptionist forced me to cancel my booking so she could offer a small cash discount, effectively taking their share. That’s dishonest, manipulative, and undermines the system.

The central location is excellent, and the facilities were just right for my needs—a solid base for exploring the city. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom decent, all at a reasonable price for the area.

The staff are wonderful, and even though the weather caused a flight delay, the hotel administration stayed in touch and kept my room.
