“My stay at this hotel was like OK, it could have been better!”

Location was OK, being nearer to Railway station. 1) General upkeep of the building is not good. 2) Staff were young boys and girls, but their attitude is indifferent (I had to personally come down and get the work done for my requirements). 3) Toiletries were not provided as per standards, there was no kettle or coffee/tea tray. 4) There was no dust bin in the room. Even after complaining, it was not provided. 5) Bed linen was soiled when I checked in the room. After continuous follow up and personally chasing the boys, I could get only bed sheet changed. But the blanket cover was retained unchanged. 6) Wifi provided was very unstable. tried several times and finally gave up. 7) Late checkout was outrightly denied; but when I suggested 25% payment as per usual practice, they demanded one day's full payment for late checkout beyond 1.5 hrs. 8) There are no good restaurants close to the hotel. 9) I recommend regular checks and audits by Treebo management

“If you have extra money to waste you can stay here.”

There was nothing to like; it was pathetic. The staff behaved rudely and gave misbehaved answers, and the plates were unhygienic. There were no glasses in the breakfast room. The location is average. This isn’t a 3‑star hotel—it’s just a guest house. No toiletries, an unclean electric kettle, and many other issues.

“Worst hotel in this price range”

Only the manager was cooperative; the rest of the experience was terrible. All of the staff were useless. The location was the worst, on a congested road with no parking space. The room geyser didn’t work, the room was not clean at all and didn’t meet Treebo’s standards, and the lift was not functioning properly.

The location was ultra bad. I couldn’t take my SUV through that small alley without getting cursed by locals and getting my car scratched. The area wasn’t even close to be called clean. The request for cancellation was denied and being a senior citizen I couldn’t stay and manage my car parking which was only for 2 cars
