The staff were super kind and friendly, and the food was delicious with a wide variety. A few things could improve: more cushions for the terrace chairs, better sun loungers, and the high stools in the smoking area were not very comfortable.

I’ve visited many places today, but this hotel is in a fascinating, wonderful, and truly magical spot. Every staff member, from the front desk to housekeeping, maintenance, dining, security, and even the lifeguard, was extraordinary. The dinner schedule was a bit odd—Mallorca seems to follow German timings, which can clash with our mainland schedules. The chef, who appears to be Muslim from an Eastern country, sometimes over‑spices dishes or misinterprets certain rice preparations. I once ate spaghetti that was so spicy it numbed my lips. Still, Salvatore and Elena were very professional and attentive.

We enjoyed the terrace by the sea, but the disco noise lasted until 22:30, the elevator was slow, and the room felt a bit tight.

The room had a great view and the location was excellent, but the breakfast was mediocre and the coffee was terrible. The elevator was too small for such a large hotel.
