I was impressed by how small the place is, yet it sits right next to the city center and still feels quiet. The renovation is in excellent condition, we had a great time and I would recommend it. The only downside is that the rooms are like typical hotel rooms, a bit small.

“Posizione invidiabile”

The location is unbeatable, literally just a few steps from the Arena di Verona and close to the two parking lots nearest the center. It’s tucked into a little alley, so it’s very quiet, as is the building. The room size is suitable for a couple of days (we only slept one night because we were there for a concert). It’s nice that the accommodation has a two‑burner stove, dishes and plates, but there’s no table to put them on and if you want to eat you’re forced to do it on the bed. The bathroom is spacious and adequate. The retro style isn’t for me, but I knew that before booking. The shower needs a thorough clean because the water comes out very strong, clearly filtered by limescale. If you stay long, the room might feel a bit small and the open wardrobe isn’t the best solution in my opinion.

The location is exceptional, close to the Arena. There was little maintenance in the room. A few soap bars and a shower were enough for a day. Our stay was longer.

The room is very nice and right in the center, good price. I thought it was a hotel but it’s actually an apartment from which rooms with bathrooms were created.
