The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was cozy so I slept well, and the staff helped kindly; the mashed potatoes and lentil soup served at breakfast were tasty, and I’d love to return – the satisfaction for the price was huge. The city center is not far from the train station, so accessibility is good, but sometimes you can hear a faint crackling noise.

The welcome was excellent, check‑in was quick, rooms were comfy and the food was decent, but the security felt over the top and even a bit restrictive.

The staff were very nice, and it’s one of the better options, but it’s close to the train station and the train whistle can be heard all night; the beds are okay, though the rooms aren’t really that clean and are all old.

At first there was some confusion about my booking during check‑in, but the hotel manager was very professional and solved the issue quickly; later the owner apologized for the confusion and the hotel covered my dinner as compensation. The management team is excellent, the staff welcomed me with fresh juice and helped me get to the train station. I suggest guests insist on speaking to the manager if a problem arises during check‑in before trying to solve anything with front desk staff, because the manager is very professional and keen on guest satisfaction. Overall the hotel provided excellent service and the location is in the center, 3 minutes drive from the train station.

The room was large, the staff were very helpful, the Wi‑Fi was good, and the location is central at the station, about a kilometer away on the same level. Everything is very walkable, including the Go Bus ticket counter. The staff’s English varied a lot, but they were very helpful. The tiny balcony had no seating and was very loud: the station and a construction site next to the hotel. No beer.
