The guesthouse was very good! Beautiful, close to the sea, with cafes and shops nearby, and the market is a five‑minute walk. Inside everything is convenient and well thought out; there’s enough dishware and plenty of towels. If it matters, there are no microwaves, which we didn’t need; cooking for three days wasn’t part of our plans. The mattress is firm, but we’re used to that at home, so it didn’t bother us. Thanks to the hosts; we’ll recommend a stay in Kobuleti! The bathroom is a combined toilet and shower. I thought I’d get used to it, but it’s inconvenient to shower when water runs onto the toilet, the trash can, and everything else; after someone else takes a shower, the toilet has to be walked through a puddle of water. I wish there were a divider or curtain in the shower. No other shortcomings—everything is great.

I loved everything: the spot is convenient, close to the beach, market and main square, the courtyard is quiet and cozy, the room is clean and fully equipped, and the hosts are very welcoming.

The location is great, the house sits in a courtyard with no street noise. The beach is a 3‑minute walk, shops and cafés are nearby, and the market is a 15‑minute walk. The hosts, who live on the second floor, were very hospitable and helped with any questions. Inside there are two bedrooms, a large kitchen with a big table, all the necessary dishes, and hot water was always available. There’s a private lounge with a table and sofas, and an outdoor drying rack. A barbecue area lets you grill yourself. Two friendly stray dogs live with the house. Because the place is on the first floor, it’s quite damp, but that’s just the climate, and we ventilated all the time, so it was fine. The beach isn’t equipped (no toilets or changing cabins) – this is a general issue with public beaches, except in Batumi where they are set up.

Everything was fine: convenient location, nearby shops, pharmacy, market, 3 minutes to the sea, private parking on the premises, all the conveniences in the apartment – kitchen, air‑conditioning, fridge – plus a barbecue zone. Nothing to complain about.
