“A lovely stay with friendly stuff and beautiful Pool Area”
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a lovely stay in a Junior Suite overlooking the pool, the room was beautiful, comfortable, spacious, and had a nice green plant that added a pleasant touch; the air conditioning worked perfectly, and we appreciated the towels and the pool bar; the pool area was very clean, well maintained, with beautiful green surroundings, making the hotel a very pleasant and relaxing place to stay; we also enjoyed the facilities, especially the table tennis and billiard table, which added a nice touch to the overall experience; the friendliness and kindness of the reception staff were impressive, especially Scott who helped us with both check‑in and check‑out and was extremely kind and helpful throughout; we also appreciated the little car they provided to take us to our room with our luggage, a very thoughtful and convenient service; the hotel itself is very charming and generally well maintained, and we truly enjoyed the atmosphere. However, there were a few housekeeping details that, if improved, would make a big difference: when we first arrived, we were missing face towels and a bath mat; some of the tables were not cleaned as thoroughly as expected; during our stay, after the dishes were washed, they were sometimes left on the kitchen sink rather than being put back in their places; we also missed a kitchen towel and noticed that some kitchen accessories were missing; the coffee was not refilled either. None of these issues ruined our stay, but they are precisely the kind of small details that can make the difference between a very nice stay and an exceptional one. Overall, we had a lovely experience. The hotel has a beautiful atmosphere, a very pleasant pool area, friendly staff and some really nice touches. With a little more attention to housekeeping and the breakfast selection, we believe it could offer an even better experience. We would happily consider staying here again.
