The receptionist didn’t speak English and came off a bit rude, but the other staff member who arrived later was friendly.

I loved everything about the place. The host and her kids ran the hotel wonderfully, and it felt like home—like being part of a family. Thanks for the huge hospitality. No shortcomings at all.

Everything was wonderful! The staff was absolutely friendly. The room was simple yet clean and tidy. The linens and towels were perfect. The location was close to the metro, or a straight walk to the Duomo took about 30 minutes. I recommend it!

From the moment I entered, the reception was immaculate and the staff were beautiful. The cappuccino was a delight—being Colombian, I love coffee. The room was super clean, the bathroom excellent, and the staff made me feel so cared for. Angela and Alberto, thank you for everything; I felt at home and will return.
