It’s pretty, the bathrooms are great, I loved the soap and shampoo that left my hair looking fantastic, the mattress is super comfortable, and the restaurant is also great. The bed pillow is very firm.

The facilities and location. When stepping onto the square, there’s a lot of noise. The price is very high.

Super central, very comfortable, spacious, clean, and exquisitely decorated. Perfect for discovering Alcalá anytime of the year. The reception girls are wonderful.

Es la tercera vez que me alojo en este hotel y, sin duda, no será la última. El espacio está decorado con muchísimo gusto y resulta muy cómodo y acogedor en todos los sentidos, tanto por el mobiliario como por la distribución de las estancias. En esta ocasión, apenas hemos tenido trato con el personal más allá del equipo de recepción durante el check-in y el check-out y del personal del desayuno, pero en todos los casos han sido muy agradables y atentos. El desayuno es variado, exquisito y se disfruta en un ambiente de lo más agradable. En épocas en las que el tiempo lo permita, sería un plus poder disfrutarlo también en el patio interior. Una estancia muy agradable y un hotel que recomiendo sin ninguna duda. Estamos deseando volver!!!. No considero que haya ningún aspecto a mejorar
