The bed was very comfortable. The View was amazing. The AC worked well. The bathroom was nice. No smart TV, the breakfast was okay. The dinner we had wasn't good. For the price, I expected better quality. We used the jacuzzi and there was dirt everywhere inside. My daughter used the indoor playground and fell through the top part of the play area. There should be a sign up warning people of this. Or just take the whole thing out. For the price I would say go somewhere else. I don't think this place was worth the money paid. The place I stayed at in Prizren was less than half the price and so much better

Everything was amazing! My fiancé and I loved our stay here. The staff was great and always made sure we were okay. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the view from our balcony was beautiful. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
