The door wouldn’t lock properly and the place felt generally sketchy.

The location is decent. There is mold on the AC unit. The bed is worn, dips in the middle, and is uncomfortable. The front door doesn’t latch properly. Hot water in the shower is barely adequate. The curtain is broken and stained.
