The place was well cleaned and organized, though the entrance was confusing to find; otherwise everything was tidy and organized.

I followed the directions on the map and arrived, only to discover the place wasn’t there. The owners never answered my messages, even when I texted them through the booking app the day before, and calls never connected. After searching for over an hour, asking locals and other business owners, and trying to find it online without success, I gave up and paid for a room in a hotel. Even after attempting to cancel and contacting the booking customer service, the owners and the booking team never replied.
Everything was great. The chalet was very clean and smelled nice, and the location was excellent.
