Breakfast and the location were excellent, the price was attractive, and the staff were helpful. However, there was noise, the bed was uncomfortable, the sheets were stained, and there was no air conditioning.

The location and breakfast were good, but I asked for a ground‑floor room, was told it would be free, yet when I arrived the room was on the third floor and I had to pay extra to move to the ground floor.
