“Creamliness , staff look like they were homeless. they actually worked for the hotel. Tv Not working”
The only thing I liked about my stay were the three people I spoke to at the front desk. On Friday check‑in went smoothly, but I had some concerns. On Saturday I stayed for breakfast. The front desk lady was very friendly and welcomed me. However, there were many issues I will email about. My stay was not very good. The room was disgusting, with stains on the wall in room 219. There were insufficient bath towels. The cleaning staff were not in uniform, and the maintenance guy you had there was passed out in the pool area with alcohol beverages next to him. The pool area was disgusting and not clean. My overall stay was not what I paid for.
