“Reasonable stay”
We stayed here during our 2‑day slow boat trip. It was fine, nothing to write home about compared to the other places we stayed in Lao for the same price. The only issue was no warm water.

The price was correct; we stayed just for one night and, without high expectations, it did the job. The bar next door was noisy, but it stopped around 22:30/23:00.

Good location, good air‑con, spacious. The bathroom was dirty and had a broken shower (no head, basically a hose) but it did the job for one night.

A quick stop before catching the slowboat into Laos felt like home, and the place was a pleasant break.
