Parking was super easy and the staff were friendly, even though the housekeeper didn’t speak English but still helped in every way she could. We thought the room had been renovated and it looked great—clean and with a nice mini‑kitchen. However, the entrance was odd: no one at the desk, so we had to use a phone between two doors to reach someone. The bed was rock hard, the hardest I’ve ever slept on, and the pillows were small and flat, so we had to double them to match a normal size. The continental breakfast was just coffee and oatmeal packets. The biggest issue was the construction noise; we had to use a side door because the main entrance and elevator were closed, and we had to carry luggage down the stairs. Construction ran all day until about 4‑5 pm, and the curtains blocked the light but the sun still shone through the sides. The room above us was loud, with someone stomping back and forth even at night.

“It had its time”

We liked the location, but there were no bedding or linens in the room even though we booked for three adults, so we had to beg for them. The toilet door didn’t close properly. We had planned to stay three times during our trip but cancelled the last reservation because it didn’t meet our expectations.

“Not meeting the expe”

Location. We ran into multiple issues during our stay: Missing essentials: Booked for 3 people, but no linens or bedding were provided for the sofa bed. There was also no mattress topper on the main bed. Disappointing "Breakfast": Advertised as breakfast included, but it was only coffee, muffins, and cereal bars. Empty kitchen: No kitchen equipment was provided in the room; we had to actively ask reception to dispense it. Poor service & maintenance: The reception desk was frequently empty with nobody there. Additionally, our bathroom door wouldn't close properly. No luggage storage: They do not offer luggage storage, which was a huge hassle as we were traveling for a few days and coming back

“It was a bad experience. The place was not for 6 people as it said. There were no utensils. I had to ask for soap, shamp”

It said on the website that the extended stay was for 6 people. This is why I booked it but it was a lie. It was only good for two people Sofa bed for broken. My daughter had to get a separate to stay and paid out of pocket
