“Disastrous disturbance”

Cleanliness, tidiness and location. We were kept awake most of the night by a massive bass-fueled stereo in the adjacent unit, from 10.30 to midnight and then from 3.50 am until we left after 9. The motel seems to have no one onsite to monitor behaviour and no plans/advice for guests to deal with such disturbances. We emailed the motel following our stay a week ago and have received no reply. Apparently, they couldn't care less. I can't see us staying there again

“Generally ok but continual running water in the toilet was a disappointment”

The location is great, right next to City Central. The only downside was the trouble hauling luggage up the stairs to the unit.

“Easy to access and very well priced for Hamilton CBD, Great Service.”

Ashwood Manor was incredibly welcoming, and getting in was a breeze. The price matched the nice views and the proximity to local eateries and sights. I would have liked a longer stay, but the parking felt tight for our large car. We also have an EV, saw a dedicated EV spot, but there was no charger, which was confusing.

The room was upgraded and the spot is convenient, but it isn’t as good as the previous one. The new room has fewer windows and is closer to the car park, which isn’t ideal.

The staff were very helpful, but the room smelled awful; opening the windows didn’t help because the odor was everywhere.
