The Green Shack

We had an authentic and memorable stay at The Green Shack. The simple, cozy cabin sat in a beautiful farm, overlooking mountains and sea, surrounded by banana and coconut plantations. Sebastian, the founder, was incredibly warm and welcoming, sharing the farm’s backstory and his future vision. We appreciated learning about the project and felt proud to be part of it. Sebastian even brought breakfast and dinner straight to our cabin, which made the experience extra special. A wonderful, authentic adventure for nature lovers looking for something unique and meaningful. Highly recommended!

Amazing location, Sebastian is the ultimate host and went out of his way to make our stay as good as it could possibly be. Dinner and breakfast delivered to the door, lush environment with ocean views and peace and quiet apart from the natural sounds of the forest.

“Außergewöhnliche Erfahrung in Mitten der mauretanischen Berge”

The accommodation, with its somewhat remote location, is ideal for nature lovers or people looking for a break from city bustle. The cabin and the area in front have a wonderful view of the sea and mountains, and the cabin is fully equipped for a cozy evening. Additionally, you can hike nicely in the surroundings and enjoy nature. The homemade Mauritanian food, delivered to the cabin every evening, was also very good! The owner is very friendly, authentic and helpful; we felt comfortable throughout and would gladly come back anytime!
