I loved the spot for the concert, but the hotel forced me to use disposable cutlery, paper plates, and cups, and the reception staff seemed perpetually miserable whenever I passed by.

“Nice brief stay”

The lobby area was nice, yet the front desk was not very friendly, especially at check‑out, and there were no swimming‑pool towels available during my overnight stay. I didn’t ask for towels at the front desk because the layout was inconvenient; once I was outside, there was no time to go back in for towels that should have been ready. I tried in the afternoon upon arrival and again in the morning before leaving, but no towels were replenished.

The hotel was clean, the beds were comfy, and the staff were pleasant, but the lawn care needed attention—the grass was very thick and the shrubs hadn’t been pruned. Crossing the busy road to get to the hotel was scary because there was no law‑enforcement assistance or red light; the highway crossing felt frightening.

It’s amazing that the amphitheater is within walking distance, and breakfast was pretty good. The room rate is quite high; it feels like they’re taking advantage of people because of the proximity to the amphitheater.
