The bed and location were good, but the room booked for three people was sold as a hotel unit; I wasn’t told it was a private unit, which I later learned wasn’t part of the hotel pool, so the front‑desk staff showed little interest in good service. When we entered the room, a bath towel was missing, and when we complained at the front desk we were told it wasn’t the hotel’s responsibility and we had to talk to the owner, even though the booking was made through the hotel.

The place was clean, but the key‑card system didn’t work on the doors, though it wasn’t a major inconvenience.
