Softfoot Farm Luxury Retreats

A quiet and beautiful place with nice scenery; we stayed for 3 nights. In the morning we opened the curtains and the kangaroos were already eating breakfast early, with sunshine, birdsong, flowers, and a gentle wind through the leaves. The door couldn’t lock; we called customer service, who was very friendly and patient explaining the lock issue, though the lock still wasn’t fixed, but the attitude was calm. There was no place to hang clothes or towels, so a simple fold‑away drying rack would be very convenient for guests. The kitchen sink was large and useful, but the pipe was too short; when washing dishes the water always wet the surrounding basin, creating a lot of standing water. A longer pipe a bit further into the middle of the basin would make it much better.

“Short getaway over the weekend”

The place was surprisingly quiet and let me unwind, yet it was only a short drive from the city centre. I liked how easy it was to get in and out without dealing with traffic.

The apartment had everything we could think of – fully stocked kitchen, sleek décor and everything was in tip‑top shape. The bunk‑room felt cramped, though, and we could have used another bathroom to avoid the morning rush.

“Amazing experience”

Almost everything about the stay met my expectations, from the comfy bed to the helpful staff. I didn’t run into any real issues, so it was a solid, no‑surprises experience.

The room was spotless and the view was a real highlight, making mornings pleasant. The only downside was the open‑air bathtub had no screen, so bugs could get in.
