We spent a wonderful weekend and found the hotel especially pleasant for families with babies and young children. It feels very family‑friendly, calm, and cozy, yet it offers plenty of activities to keep little ones busy and fill those free moments when a baby seems to have endless hours 😅. We loved the small outdoor park, the indoor playroom, and the multiple heated pools, which make it easy to spend the whole day there without constantly searching for things to do outside. The staff deserves special mention: they were delightful at every turn. The front‑desk ladies were incredibly kind, and when our car died on battery, they didn’t hesitate to help us fix it. Those gestures are especially appreciated when traveling with kids. We were also impressed by a thoughtful initiative: if you don’t need daily housekeeping, you can opt out and receive a €10 voucher for each day, which can be used for drinks or meals at the hotel. It feels practical, sustainable, and a nice way to reward guests who skip a service that isn’t always necessary. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay with a family atmosphere and excellent service. We felt very comfortable and especially well taken care of. Absolutely recommended, and we hope to return!

“Gran hotel con algún pero.”

The spa is excellent and welcoming for kids, which is a big plus. The breakfast, though, feels a bit underwhelming for a 4‑star‑plus property. On the first night, the dinner at the restaurant was fairly ordinary for what one might expect. The facilities, however, are otherwise outstanding.
