I loved the taste of the rooms and the surroundings, but at some times there was no staff available to help you.

Everything was perfect, the lodge is beautiful, the room was clean, everything was very tidy and organized, check‑in was easy, breakfast was wonderful, staff were polite and helpful, and the two cats, Tapioca and Charada, added extra charm to the place. Nothing to complain about, everything was flawless.

The lodge has a green area that won our hearts, a beautiful, vibrant spot. The room was super comfortable, the electric shower was very good. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. And there was always coffee on the counter no matter the hour, we loved that.

The lodge is very pleasant and the room was great: tidy, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast is excellent, hearty, and offers plenty of variety. The girls who run the breakfast are very polite and friendly. The only downside was the location. The lodge is far from the boats and the shops, and I had trouble finding the way almost every day. I also had a weird issue with the shower: the hot water was tied to the bathroom light. I could only take a hot shower by keeping the light off. I was also upset about a situation regarding the length of my stay. I asked to add another night and was told the lodge was fully booked. However, on the day I was supposed to leave, I received a Booking offer to reserve a room for that same night. That gave me the impression that there was availability, which was frustrating, especially because I would have preferred to stay longer.
