“Good and no frill stay!”

Everything was managed digitally; you can request items through chat and the staff responded quickly and courteously. We had a problem with the in‑room safe, but the team resolved it fast. The room was clean and housekeeping came every day. The amenities were great, and we could get extra water, slippers, and snacks for free. We arrived early and paid an extra fee for early check‑in. There was no fridge in our room, but a shared fridge was available on the floor. Nothing specific stands out, except that drivers often get confused because there are two Bloom Hotels very close to each other, so make sure you pick the right building.

“快適ではない”

接客の良いスタッフが1名いた。. 冷蔵庫無し、ヘアドライヤー無し、ヘアドライヤーは貸出式だがホテルに2〜3台しかない。 後で届けると言われたら待てど暮らせど来ない。 壁が薄く隣の部屋の声が丸聞こえ 大通り沿いのロケーションだから仕方ないが朝〜夜までは車のホーンが鳴り響き、深夜は野犬の鳴き声が酷く眠れない。 また11月のグルガオンは朝晩が冷える為、暖房が欲しいがそんなものはなく風邪を引いた。 同じ通りのibisが取れなかったので今回予約したが2度と止まらない。 特に日本人の方は止めた方が良いです。

The location is fine. The receptionist was rude and had no manners; she wouldn’t talk to guests. The two other staff members were helpful and quick. However, the rooms need more frequent cleaning; the housekeeping staff were not efficient.
