The room was clean and presentable, the bed was comfortable, and the A/C was powered on in a quirky way. The shower was barely lukewarm, there was no mention of an extra $100 “bond” at check‑in, and the room overlooked a pub that wasn’t described in the listing.

Customer service was excellent; the staff were always welcoming and happy to help with anything you might need. The shower head in the bathroom could be replaced, and it was awkward to get the height adjustment right.
