The staff were helpful and available—Kiro spoke excellent English and gave great local tips. The place was spotless and well‑maintained, with excellent shower rooms. The dorm offered individual lockers, curtains on beds with lights and plugs, and more. The location is walkable to many key sites, and the kitchen and sitting area were solid. No complaints.

The staff were friendly and the price was cheap, giving great value. They even lend toothbrushes and towels, so if you just bring a change of clothes you’re fine. Most guests are foreign and the staff speak mainly English, which is handy if you want to chat with them. However, if you can’t speak even basic English, asking questions becomes tough. All information is written in Japanese everywhere, so you can stay without talking to anyone and end up a bit quiet. The tram station feels a bit far from the hotel.

オートチェックインなので到着時間を気にせず利用できるのが便利です。 ミネラルウォーター1本とバスタオルが無料で用意されているのも助かりました。 シャワールームも多いので混み合いにくく快適に利用できました。 料金も安くコスパのよい宿です。. 広島の市街地からは離れているため、夜に出歩きたい人には不向きかもしれません。 また、オートチェックインは事前にネットで登録する必要があり、到着後も写真撮影などが必要で結果的に通常のチェックインより手間がかかりました。 スタッフが常駐していないため、わからないことがあっても気軽に尋ねられないのが不便でした。

The location was near a Fresco which was convenient and the river which was nice to walk around. Towels were provided without a fee which was really good. There was very little interaction with any staff the whole time, you didn’t know who was staff or guests. There were also loads of advertised events happening around the hostel but not a single one happened the whole time we were there… There was a cooking class on at 8am for people who weren’t staying at the hostel using the whole kitchen while you’re trying to make breakfast. We weren’t told about it so cooking was awkward as lots of the kitchen equipment was “reserved” for this class. The dorm room was boiling, there was a small fan for a 10 person dorm and no air con and we woke up very hot throughout the nights
