The hotel is very nice right in the town centre. The room was good and I left with wonderful memories. The restaurant downstairs is cool and the breakfast is decent. The only thing that matters is that, besides coffee, tea should be served at breakfast.

The hotel sits in the beautiful, bustling centre of Prizren, making it a perfect base for sightseeing. Breakfast is included in the price and is excellent. I especially want to highlight the incredibly kind, friendly and extremely helpful hosts who always have a solution for every situation: thank you a thousand times, you are simply amazing! We had a parking spot reserved, but it was very hard to find; however, with the friendly help from the hotel staff we managed it perfectly in the end. It would be helpful if the parking location were communicated in the arrival correspondence, because driving straight to the hotel is not possible due to the pedestrian zone.

The building is beautiful and super central, and the rooms look pretty. Breakfast was good and the cafe downstairs is very nice in the morning. The Wi‑Fi connection is good. The rooms are quite small. The bathroom is not very functional – there isn’t enough space to put items around the sink, the shower curtain doesn’t do much and the floor stays wet for a long time. The room comes with only one door key. In summer there is a lot of noise – the building has a lounge bar that works until midnight, and the building next to it until 2:00, both with loud music.

It was very clean, a good place for security. The entrance door was card‑based and comfortable. The rooms were very clean and had the necessary items. The location was central. We liked it. There was music coming from around the area until morning, and a window in the room wouldn’t close, so a lot of noise came in.
