I stayed five nights and felt it was a smart choice. From the moment I arrived, Olcay was patient and gave me plenty of helpful information, and the other staff were also warm. On the morning of my departure, someone arranged a taxi for me. The location is excellent: turn right from the entrance, walk downhill to the T‑2 tram stop that goes straight to the Old Town, or turn left to reach İstiklal Avenue easily. I booked a garden‑view room, which was quiet, spacious, and spotless. I highly recommend this hotel in every respect. If you want a larger room or an even better stay, consider booking their other property, Louis apartment, Galata.
