I was pleasantly surprised by the helpful and friendly staff, despite the language barrier. However, my experience was marred by the less comfortable rooms on the upper levels and the unreliable Wi-Fi connection on the third floor.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a complete disaster. The photos were misleading, and the room lacked a proper bathroom, instead featuring a basin and a Turkish-style bathroom. To make matters worse, the hotel was extremely dirty, forcing me to find alternative accommodations as soon as I arrived. I was also disappointed by the lack of support from the booking platform, which failed to protect its customers from this scam.
