You are staying with a host who has 3 rooms, each with 3 beds, 2 of which have balconies. The rooms are spacious and clean, each with a small fridge and a bottle of water per person, plus air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Each room has a key that you can lock for extra security if you wish; I never did because I trusted them. The bathrooms are clean. One of the rooms has a piano and my son had a great time playing it 😅 The location is in the old quarter, take a left at the second step and you’ll be on the night market street where the activity starts at 17:00. The owners are very helpful and give good recommendations for nails, spa, people to take you wherever you want, and the prices are reasonable, even for custom leather bags if you want. They are honest and straightforward. If you want to keep the room, it’s 23€ extra; we liked keeping it after 12:00 until 18:00 because Hoi An is extremely hot and just a quick shower before leaving was pure bliss.
