The staff were very nice and attentive, and the rooms were great and well designed, though the maintenance could be a bit better to keep the high quality.

The hotel has a well‑designed architecture, stylish rooms, and a modern, appealing overall concept. I booked a suite, but when I arrived the reception staff tried to give me a lower‑category room (Deluxe) instead, which felt intentional and was quite disappointing, raising doubts about the hotel’s professionalism and transparency. The service quality was average at best, with nothing particularly impressive or above expectations. More importantly, the facilities, especially the gym and other amenities, were well below expectations and did not meet the standards one would expect from a hotel of this category.
