“Overall it was a wonderful stay and very comfortable.”
The rooms, staff, bar, and restaurant were all lovely. The shower had great water pressure and the beds were very comfortable. The minibar was a good idea, but when I told the front desk I’m allergic to nuts and asked them to remove the nut items, they removed some but left the peanut‑butter cracker sandwiches and the potato chips (which contained peanut oil). They also refilled the minibar with a lot of nuts the next day. The orange juice in the minibar had gone brown. Breakfast was lovely, and the duty lady was nice, but please provide boiling water for tea by having an urn that can reheat right there at the buffet, because the water was lukewarm. I came at the end of March 2026 and repeated the suggestion about the water, but nothing has changed. I also suggested having mini pots of tea and coffee brought to the tables, but nothing has been done. This is a high‑end hotel that charges a significant amount per night, so these issues need addressing. Thank you.

The service was outstanding; everyone went out of their way to make you feel welcome—from the front desk to the bell boy, the bartender, and especially Verónica, the maid, who was a real gem. The birthday surprise for my partner was amazing, but the elevator was slow and we had to take the stairs because a few floors were under renovation.
Breakfast was decent, but the eggs were bland and runny, and we ran out of bacon; a table with loud children made it hard to enjoy our meal, and a waffle station would have been nice.
