We were unable to stay overnight because the hotel was closed, and a refund of the hotel costs has not been processed to this day.

The stay never happened because the hotel was shut, and I never received any notification about it.
Breakfast was fantastic, and the staff treated our children with exceptional kindness.
“Kein Zimmer, kein Service, einfach nichts.”
They told us just an hour before we were due to arrive that the hotel had to close temporarily, gave us no assistance or phone call and only wished us luck finding another place – that’s what I’d call rock‑bottom service. We never even got the chance to see the property.
