The room was great.

The place was well situated, rooms were spacious, and the staff were friendly; I stayed for 3 nights, towels weren’t replaced daily and had to pay 10 € for fresh ones, which I found unacceptable—my first disappointment in three weeks traveling around Sicily.

The location was good, but the room was not dark enough at night, the breakfast was awful, and it was very different from the pictures posted on Booking.

The breakfast buffet was sensational, always fresh, and the service was personal and attentive; nothing negative, it was truly lovely, with an excellent location just 5 minutes on foot from the sea.

The property is just a short walk from Trapani’s historic center and port, has an elevator, is newly renovated, and offers spacious rooms with high wooden ceilings, air‑conditioning, and quiet, clean rooms. Check‑in is self‑service, with credentials sent via WhatsApp by Giovanna, who is available only in the morning; the reception opens only a few hours each morning, but for the rest of the day you can email Giovanna and she replies to any request. Rooms are cleaned daily with fresh linens, a hairdryer, and a minibar fridge. The bathroom is clean and the shower is a bit cramped. There’s no safe, but you can manage without it if the stay is short. Breakfast is plentiful but not very varied, both savory and sweet. The ladies at the reception are friendly and helpful, recommending great restaurants, beaches, and public transport routes, which we tried and appreciated. The only drawback is that I would have liked a 24‑hour reception for personal peace of mind; if I had known from the booking that there was no 24‑hour reception, I might not have booked this place.
