We stayed with family here and it was definitely the best choice. The highlights were Mr. Chai, the owner, who is incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready to suggest sights and activities around the city. His hospitality really stands out. The location is fantastic—close to Chinatown, the river, the metro, temples, etc.—making it easy to explore many places using public transport. The cleanliness was perfect, 10/10, everything was well maintained. There’s a washer, dryer, cooking supplies, bottled water for guests, and air conditioning, which makes the stay much more comfortable. If you’re looking for a luxurious place, this might not be it, but if you want a clean, well‑located spot with exceptional personal service, this is highly recommended. We’d definitely stay again. The only downside was having to leave.

The location is great for reaching central Bangkok’s main sites, close to the ferry and a short walk to the train station if you want to travel elsewhere. Plenty of good food options nearby, and Chai happily gives recommendations—ask him about salted pork for breakfast down the street. It’s a short walk to Chinatown and Song Wat road. Free water is a lifesaver in the heat, and the bathrooms are clean. There’s a free washer/dryer, fridge, and other shared kitchen appliances. If you’re staying on the third floor, the stairs are narrow and a bit steep, so keep that in mind when packing.

The location is a 10‑minute walk from the metro and Chinatown. The manager is very welcoming, smiling, and friendly, offering helpful tips. The mattress is too thin, there’s no proper bedding, and there’s no sound insulation.

The room was perfect, on the top floor, independent. Very good. Pay attention to choose well :) The area is perfect.

The stay is in a prime spot, very close to Chinatown and Song Wat Rd. Both the bedroom and bathroom were super clean. We almost thought the place had nothing missing. There’s also a kitchen you can use, and drinking water is supplied daily. And of course, the owner is super cute! He recommended great things for us and was just lovely to chat with in the mornings. He also makes delicious coffee and teas (the best we had in Thailand)! We would absolutely recommend this place to everyone! Hope to see you again, Vanda & Klaudia
