To make matters worse, I'm still waiting for a refund, which I was not informed about the televisions being out of order, and I had planned my stay to relax and watch TV while my friends went hunting.

I have to say, our experience at this hotel was a complete disaster from start to finish. To make matters worse, we had a rather unsettling encounter with a homeless individual loitering outside the property.
