The room was very spacious and easy to use. The carpet had some dirt and a slight smell, probably because it’s older.

The food inside the facility was delicious and the large public bath made the stay comfortable, although the room was small.

The hotel’s location was super convenient and the view of the greenery from the room was wonderful, but I wish the breakfast buffet included soba.
The front‑desk service was kind and the shuttle convenient. No negatives.

The East Wing’s hot spring and its changing facilities were very clean, and I had no complaints.
