Bagaimana tamu menilai properti ini, aspek demi aspek.
This hotel offers a great value for its price, providing a clean and modern environment, although it's a bit far from the city center. The staff are friendly and accommodating, but the hotel's laundry service is a letdown. Despite some minor issues, the hotel's amenities and services make it a great choice for travelers.

The place is clean and modern, and even though it sits a bit farther from Thimphu’s centre, that hardly matters because you’ll need a driver for most errands anyway. My room was cozy, featuring a heater and a heated mattress that kept me warm on chilly nights. The staff were welcoming and assisted me with booking tours and taxis. The food was tasty and the portions generous. The rooftop lounge was lovely, though it was a bit too cold to use during my visit. Overall, this hotel offers great value for its price. On the downside, the listing incorrectly advertised a washing machine and tumble dryer; I had to use the paid laundry service instead, which took three days, returned my clothes smelling of smoke, and cost an outrageous 3600BTN. The hotel should correct the misinformation and consider outsourcing laundry if they cannot provide adequate on‑site service.

The hotel offered a pleasant rooftop and friendly staff, but fell short in terms of overall cleanliness and maintenance. The breakfast options were limited compared to other hotels in the area, and the gym and rooms had some notable issues. While the hotel had its positive aspects, it also had some significant drawbacks.
