The price‑quality ratio was optimal, the staff were very friendly and efficient, we left a charger and they kept it until we returned to the city after two days, everything in the room worked and the bed was large and comfortable, we could use the free parking, and the breakfast was abundant and tasty. The room on the first floor faced the street and was very noisy.

The location was very good, but there was a lot of ambient noise; there were children staying, and the noise at night was unbearable.

The place is good, close to the city centre and the Cathedral square. The rooms lack a mini‑fridge, which is a real issue in Salta where you need to keep water and sodas cool. It’s not luxury, it’s a necessity. There’s also no hair dryer, and you can’t travel with those items. These are basic things any hotel should provide. Everything else was fine and the staff were very attentive. On the downside, the missing mini‑fridge, hair dryer and the poorer mattress quality made the stay less comfortable, especially since I had spinal surgery. I understand it might be a personal issue.
