Everything was great: the pre‑arrival service, reception, staff, rooms, and the centrally located spot. What really won my family over was the breakfast, very complete and varied, plus the wonderful birthday surprise for my little sister. You were amazing. Only the TV didn’t connect well to the internet, so I couldn’t stream anything or use my phone or laptop. And the room I stayed in had a glass door, so it didn’t block outside noise; we heard everything from outside.
