“Great potential, hope they will improve.”

The pool, pool staff, Jacuzzi, room garden, and view from the villa are amazing. Most of the staff don’t understand plain English, and we stayed in the presidential villa where both showers are outside the room, in the open air, and mosquitoes bite even while you shower. The cleaners leave the door open and the room full of mosquitoes when they leave; most staff seem tired, angry, and not welcoming, though some are super nice. The breakfast is just OK, and there are still tons of mosquitoes.

“Very relaxing and stress free”

The staff were friendly and accommodating, the hotel was clean, the food excellent, and the breakfast selection wonderful. The location is very central, within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and services, so I highly recommend it and would stay again. The only small issue was the pillow, which was too high and firm; an alternative would have been appreciated.

The hotel is of high quality, the restaurant food is excellent, the breakfast is very good, the service level is high, the beach is perfect and fun, and it is very accessible.

“Everyone are nice and the happy hour is great”

The staff, from the cleaners to the reception to the bar crew, were all very nice, and the bar’s pool access was a great bonus; the place was lovely and quiet.
